Urban Legend has it that this game was first created in the 80's in a small community by an itty bitty city by the water. This game is cart racing. Cart racing involves you pushing your friends their your local neighborhood to shorten your distance home from the store. Travel back to a time where carts were king and better then walking simply with your own 2 feet. Get to where you want as safely and as fast as you can, in the game Cart Race.
